The Premise
Exploring the flavors and textures brought to bear in bread when we bring whole grain to the dough through a selection of pre-cooked hot cereals - porridges rather than whole grain flours! My hunch is that cooking them down will allow them to absorb and retain moisture that will yield some excellent breads!

The Perks
In addition to 6 weeks of organic artisan bread . . .

  • Discounts - $2 off your first bag of coffee each week. $1 off additional boules, coffees, chocolate, and more for the duration of your subscription!
