The Chocolate
From Bean to bag - fair trade, organic, single-origin cacao beans roasted, crushed, winnowed, pulverized with sugar, conched, tempered, and molded on island.
No lecithins or other unpronounceables, just fresh roasted cacao, cocoa butter, and sugar to balance the bitters. For dark chocolate, the idea is to taste the origin, not unlike a good wine!
