The Young Classics Series  - $70
Begins the week of 10/17

Large, miche-style boules made with 100% organic flour. No unpronounceable ingredients.

Week 1: Boules Deep
Twice-baked bread of my bread, consisting of up to 20% breadcrumbs from dried slices of my own organic sourdough. A farmstand favorite this past summer!

Week 2: Coriander in the Rye 
25% fresh milled organic rye berries laminated with lots of pan-toasted pestle-ground coriander.

Week 3: That Spelt Good
30% fresh milled organic spelt berries.

Week 4: Olivia Kalamata
The quintessential olive loaf with garlic, rosemary, green and kalamata olives.

Week 5: Kiss the Groat 
The youngest of the young classics - 20% fresh milled organic buckwheat and oat groats with sprouted buckwheat added to the dough. 

Week 6: The Spudmuffin 
Here's to Thanksgiving! 20% fresh milled organic red and white wheat berries, 20% sweet potato, and a touch of molasses.
