1. Acceptance of Terms

By using shortlistprovisions.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

2. Our Services

Short List Provisions is a small-batch bakery, roastery, and fermentery on Vashon Island, Washington, offering bread, coffee, chocolate, and other goods for local pickup or delivery. We do not currently ship outside of Vashon Island.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if something becomes unavailable — we'll always let you know if that happens.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website and are reviewed and confirmed by Daniel before payment is due. Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed sale, until it's confirmed.

We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check — we do not process credit or debit card payments through our site. If you pay through a third-party service like Venmo or PayPal, their terms apply to that transaction.

Sales are final once fulfilled, unless there's an error on our part — reach out right away if something's wrong with your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available on Vashon Island only, once per week on drop day. The delivery fee is calculated based on distance from our kitchen and shown at checkout before you order. Tips are separate, optional, and always appreciated. Pickup is available as an alternative for every order.

5. SMS Text Messaging Program ("Bread Alert!")

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Short List Provisions related to your orders — including order confirmations, Bread Alert notifications, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our site and services are provided as-is. Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
